1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between windbid ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any person ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the windbid website and services at windbid.net.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I agree" checkbox, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first interact with the windbid platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read together with the windbid Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and windbid. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

windbid reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered players. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the windbid platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register and maintain an account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. windbid is strictly an adult platform. Persons under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registration by automated means, bots, scripts, or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a windbid employee, in any role connected to the operation or management of the platform.
• You must not be subject to any court order, insolvency proceeding, or legal restriction that would prohibit you from entering into a binding agreement.
• You must not be an existing windbid account holder. Each individual is permitted one account only.

Age Verification

windbid takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Verification requests may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued document confirming date of birth.

Where a player fails to complete age verification within a reasonable period following a request, windbid may suspend the account, restrict access to funds, or close the account entirely. Any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld pending verification or forfeited in confirmed cases of underage access.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a person under the age of 18 has accessed windbid, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action without delay.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of windbid services — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino games — you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• A valid email address that you own and control
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name
• Your date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above
• Your residential address (city and division in Bangladesh)
• A username and a strong, unique password of your choosing

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to keep your registration information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your details change — including your contact number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly or notify the windbid support team. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

windbid operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as part of its commitment to player safety and platform integrity. All accounts are subject to KYC verification, which may be requested at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, when account activity triggers a review, or at any other time at windbid's discretion.

KYC documentation may include one or more of the following: national identity card (NID), passport, recent utility bill or bank statement, or mobile financial service (MFS) account confirmation. Documents must be clearly legible, unaltered, and submitted in the format requested by the support team.

windbid processes all KYC documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity and age verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active windbid account at any one time. If duplicate accounts are identified — whether registered intentionally or as a result of error — windbid reserves the right to close all but one account without prior notice. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and in cases of deliberate duplicate account creation to exploit bonuses, windbid may forfeit the entire balance of the accounts concerned.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on windbid — deposits and withdrawals — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). windbid supports a range of local and banking payment methods to make funding your account as convenient as possible for players across Bangladesh.

Supported Payment Methods

windbid currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of available methods is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.

Deposit Terms

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically settle within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank.
• windbid does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits made by credit facilities or borrowed funds are strongly discouraged. windbid encourages all players to deposit only what they can afford to lose.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as part of our anti-fraud procedures.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of a verified request. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• windbid reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of a security review or KYC verification.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cleared, wagering-complete balances may be withdrawn.

Currency & Exchange

All windbid accounts operate exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). windbid does not facilitate foreign currency transactions. Players are not required to handle any currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

windbid offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus rules apply across all windbid offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the first bonus.
• One Claim Per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one claim per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods are prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies. Placing bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet limit is stated on each promotion page.
• windbid's Right to Amend or Withdraw: windbid reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.

Welcome Bonus

New players registering their first windbid account may be eligible for a welcome bonus offer. Welcome bonus eligibility, value, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry terms are stated in full on the welcome promotion page. The welcome bonus is available to new players only and may not be combined with any other introductory offer.

Seasonal Promotions

windbid runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi sporting calendar and cultural events — including BPL cricket season specials, IPL enhanced odds, Eid cashback offers, and Pohela Boishakh celebration bonuses. Each seasonal promotion carries its own specific terms, which are published on the promotion page for the duration of the offer.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the windbid platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Where specific rules apply to an individual sport, market, or game, those rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and take precedence over these general rules in the event of a conflict.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the windbid platform. Bets placed orally, via support channels, or by any means other than the standard bet placement interface are not valid. windbid reserves the right to reject any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or manifest mistake.

Odds & Pricing

All odds displayed on windbid are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent movement. In the event that incorrect odds are published due to a system error, windbid reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to player accounts.

Void Bets & Abandoned Events

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event abandonment without a result being determined, postponement beyond the stated settlement deadline, incorrect player or team selection, technical errors in market setup, or force majeure events. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned). Settlement decisions made by windbid in line with these rules are final.

Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Live odds fluctuate rapidly in response to in-game events. windbid cannot guarantee that live odds displayed at the moment you initiate a bet will be the odds at which the bet is confirmed, particularly during periods of high traffic or rapid in-game movement. Where odds change between initiation and confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

Casino & RNG Game Rules

All casino games available on windbid — including slots, table games, and live dealer games — are governed by the rules of the respective game as published within the game interface. Games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. The house edge (return-to-player percentage) for each game is published on the game information page. windbid does not interfere with game outcomes in any way beyond the configuration of the RNG as specified by the game provider.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the windbid platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and applicable law at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

Prohibited Activities

• Providing false information at registration or during KYC verification, including submitting altered, forged, or stolen identity documents.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person in opening an account for the purpose of circumventing account limits, bonus restrictions, or prior account closures.
• Underage gambling — accessing or attempting to access windbid while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by any person under 18.
• Bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms, matched betting designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, and collusion between accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Money laundering — using windbid accounts to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. windbid cooperates fully with relevant authorities in any investigation involving suspected money laundering.
• Collusion and cheating — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or tournament offered on windbid.
• Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, software, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or extract data from the windbid platform without express written consent.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the windbid platform, servers, databases, or any connected infrastructure.
• Abusive behaviour towards windbid staff or other players, including offensive, threatening, or discriminatory communications via any channel.

Your Responsibility for Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your windbid account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. windbid will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify the windbid support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by windbid

windbid reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time and without prior notice where windbid has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity has occurred or is suspected
• A security risk to the account or platform has been identified
• KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable period following a request
• The account holder is or may be under the age of 18
• A legal or regulatory obligation requires suspension

During a suspension period, windbid will attempt to contact the account holder using the registered contact details to request any information necessary to resolve the matter. Funds held in a suspended account will be safeguarded and not used by windbid pending the outcome of the review.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your windbid account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Any remaining cleared balance will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to successful KYC verification if not already completed.

Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons — or who wish to self-exclude — should inform the support team of the reason for closure so that appropriate responsible gaming measures can be applied. Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed by windbid as a result of a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or repeated bonus abuse — windbid reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any deposits, winnings, and bonus funds. windbid will act in accordance with applicable law in determining the disposition of forfeited funds.

9 Limitation of Liability

windbid provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, windbid does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free from technical errors, or immune to external factors beyond our control.

Scope of Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, windbid shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, data, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the windbid platform
• Losses arising from system downtime, scheduled maintenance, network failures, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, and pandemic-related disruptions)
• Any errors, delays, or inaccuracies in live odds, game results, or sporting data provided by third-party data feeds
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from compromised login credentials
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any nature, even where windbid has been advised of the possibility of such loss

Maximum Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, windbid's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your windbid account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold windbid and its officers, employees, agents, and partners harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights through your use of the windbid platform.

10 Amendments to These Terms

windbid reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: updates to platform features or services, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, improvements to player protection policies, or corrections to existing provisions.

Notification of Changes

Where a change to these Terms is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights, obligations, or the services available to you — windbid will take reasonable steps to notify registered players in advance of the change taking effect. Notification may be provided via email to your registered address, via an in-platform notification, or via a prominent notice on the windbid website.

Non-material changes (such as minor clarifications, formatting corrections, or the addition of new game rules that do not affect existing player rights) may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication.

Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of the windbid platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you must stop using the windbid platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the windbid Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and windbid with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
